At I Want A Safe, we aim to deliver your order safely, securely, and as quickly as possible across the UAE.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
Delivery Time
Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days across the UAE. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, order volume, delivery location, and the size or weight of the item.
Some products may be listed as backordered. If an item is backordered, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. Product pages on the website mention that backordered items will ship once they are back in stock.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
For large, heavy, or specialized safes, additional delivery, handling, or installation charges may apply depending on the delivery location and product requirements.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, our team will review and process it. You will be contacted if we require any additional information regarding your delivery address, product availability, or delivery arrangements.
Delivery of Heavy Items
Some safes are heavy and may require special handling. Please ensure that the delivery location is accessible and that any required approvals, parking access, service elevator access, or building permissions are arranged in advance.
Delivery does not include installation, fixing, anchoring, or movement through difficult access areas unless agreed separately in writing.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, restricted access, or lack of required approvals, we may contact you to rearrange delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review and assist you.
